He trimmed up two mid-size oak trees for us. He did a great job, and I would recommend him.

The process went very well. Pedro came to the location, assessed the situation and gave a quote. The quote was close to two other quotes I had received but Pedro seemed like the kind of person I wanted to work on my yard. I set the appointment for two weeks later and since I did not yet reside at this location, arranged a time. On the morning, I expected them to arrive at least 30-40 minutes late however they got there on the dot and had already removed most of the pine tree and the two other small trees. I watched them work as I had a pleasant chat with Laura (the supervisor and Pedro's daughter). The whole process went smoothly and the workers were efficient and hard working. From about 8:30 to noon ALL the tress were removed and most of the debris as well. Halfway through the process, Pedro came to check on the work and checked with me to ensure everything was satisfactory. He also instructed the workers on how to trim the last tree. As the workers took a break for lunch, only the stumps were remaining. Since I had to leave, I came back the next day and found the stumps were completely ground, not a single piece of debris was left behind. My neighbors attested to the efficiency and hard work of Pedro's crew. I am satisfied and recommend Pedro's tree service.

I had a tree that was essentially dead and being held upright by a large & thick vine wrapped around it. It was starting to lean and was in near term danger of falling and causing damage to neighbor's property. Pedro provided an estimate which he indicated was a bit higher due to the fact that the vine needed removal as well. His team came as scheduled and worked diligently to remove tree & vine that included stump grinding and removal. All in all please with the results and we discussed some future work that I am considering to be done at a later date.

Pedro's men did all the work when I was away.....I came home to trees trimmed and my yard and surrounding area clean. Some of my plants that were suffering from lack of water are already showing signs of healthy life. I have used his service several times before and have never been disappointed!

When I first contacted Pedro Ortiz, I needed trees trimmed so they would not be touching the roof before an insurance adjuster visited the property about a claim regarding the roof. He gave me an estimate, which was fair/good, but then he said he could not come by the time I needed the job done because the weather report said it was going to rain for multiple days. Therefore, I had to find another company to trim the trees in time before the adjuster visited, and they were able to complete the job before it rained. The next time I contacted Pedro to provide an estimate for potentially cutting down part of a tree, he refused the job. He said he wouldn't come out because I did not hire him the first time. He specifically said, "We received your request & address. Unfortunately since we weren't able to get the job done previously, we're going to have to pass this time. I feel like if I give you ideas/tips on what the tree needs, you might go hire someone else." I find this very unprofessional. He was the first person I have called when I have needed tree service. Avoid.

I have a big (approx. 50' in diameter) oak tree that was shading my entire lawn to the point that my grass was thinning out. I was referred to Pedro's Tree Service by a friend who is very particular. Pedro proposed a drastic cut back in order to reshape the tree as opposed to just thinning it out. He fully prepared me to this cutback so that I would not be surprised. The job took over 3 hours and I'm very happy with with the job they did and their reasonable price. I'll definitely use them again in the fall when further reshaping will be done to further reduce its overall size.

Pedro and his crew arrived promptly.. worked so hard and so well. They trimmed 4 trees ..branches were on my roof neighbors yard courts behind house.. trees are now safe and shaped. He, also reworked our sprinkler system..our coverage is so much better..they cleaned up all debris..left my yard brighter and cleaner ..I rate them an a+

I called to get an estimate on tree trimming and the removal of some trees, and Pedro came out the same day. He was VERY knowledgeable about the type of trees and plants we had around our house and made excellent suggestions regarding possible placement of the transplanted crepe myrtle and the number of trees to be taken out. We called to schedule the service about a week and a half later. They do their scheduling for the week on Saturday, and we received a phone call and an email Saturday evening letting us know our service had been scheduled for Monday. The crew arrived around 8:30am and got right to work. They worked quickly and efficiently and finished the job in two days. We had absolutely no problems. In fact, when I pulled up from the grocery store and had to park on the street because the driveway was blocked with limbs, etc, the crew came right over, unloaded my groceries, and carried them to the house for me without being asked. Pedro and his guys are the best, and we will definitely be using them again!
