 + 2 moreWe've used them multiple times over the last 2-4 years. He did excellent work. We could kind of describe what we wanted done and he did it without oversight. He is not cheap.
Description of Work: We used Patrick Malone Plumbing to do plumbing work, which was resetting toilets. He also fixed a garage door and fixed the sprinkler system.

 + -1 moreEverything on the plumbing end went perfectly. Mr. Malone was able to work around other sub-contractors' inaccurate scheduling and get done what he needed to very timely. Additionally, all work done by Mr. Malone was of extreme quality. He does his work with a perfectionist attitude and was very good about communicating with regard to what would work or not work. I was the contracting the remodel myself and am not the most knowledgeable person on the process. Mr. Malone's input was invaluable in making sure that every part of the job was done correctly and as envisioned.
Description of Work: Patrick Malone, Master Plumber #16053, was contracted to perform plumbing services with respect to a total remodel of two bathrooms and a kitchen. Converted one bathtub to a stand-up shower, moved drain in a concrete floor, moved one toilet in a concrete floor, installed three new sink faucets, one bath faucet, one shower faucet, one disposal, and one dishwasher. Also installed new cut-off valves for everything. Additional work involved moving water lines required by re-design of one bathroom and kitchen. Additionally, took care of all permitting and inspections with City of Houston.
