Patricia was referred to us by a friend and has far exceeded our expectations. She was everything you wanted from a real estate agent as she was punctual and responsive with many years of experience in the Houston market. We are first time home buyers and she was great at showing us the ropes. She answered all of our questions and filled in the lines with info that we didnt even know to ask about.She referred us to a home inspector who was overly thorough and spent all day inspecting our house which was fairly new. I felt like that was a strong reflection of her honesty as she could have gone with someone who would push us through to get it sold.Patricia was tough in the negotiations and was often referred to as a "Tiger" by the sellers real estate agent.
