Description of Work: The technician arrived promptly and was finished diagnosing and repairing the ailing a/c unit within 30 minutes.

Description of Work: THE DRAIN TO THE PAN OF THE AIR CONDITIONER IN THE CEILING WAS CLOGGED. HE CLEANED OUT THE DRAIN AND REPLACED THE PAN AND ADDED A FLOAT. HE PUT IN A PROGRAMMABLE THERMOSTAT.
