Chris Felan arrived on time and completed a thorough inspection, identifying mold issues with our HVAC system. He is independent (does not provide remediation services) so has no incentive to find mold issues where none are present. He provided a detailed report and instructions on what the remediation company should do in order to fully resolve the problem.

The inspection went well. Chris was very professional and knowledgeable. He was prompt and transparent about all steps. I would definitely recommend him to any friends or family confronted with this issue.

His report was extremely thorough and will be extremely useful in determining how to go about remediating the mold. Very fair in price - only obtains the number of samples necessary to determine the situation.

Christopher was great. He does not perform remediation, just does testing. Returned my call quickly. Scheduled a day and time to come out within the next 2 or 3 days. Arrived on time. Explained everything clearly and worked efficiently. Results and a full report were emailed to me the next evening. A very small amount of fungus was found in one area which he did not believe needed remediation. I cleaned the area properly anyway and now it's all good. I would definitely call on Christopher again if needed.

Christopher returned my phone call the same day i phoned in (Tuesday) and scheduled an appointment with me for two days later (Thursday). He phoned me early on Thursday to confirm my appointment for that afternoon. He arrived on time and discussed the locations of the water damage promptly. He answered all of my questions, and was genuinely personable. He told me he would have the results to me the following evening, very late in the evening. He held true to his word. I received the report, results, a copy of his license and a document providing information supplied by the Texas Department of State and Health Services. Fortunately, the results came back negative, however I would have used Christopher's services if I had to have a follow up appointment after mold removal. I appreciated his timelines, good business ethics and integrity. Highly recommended.

Christopher is very professional and knowledgable. He answered all of my questions about the entire mold detection and removal process, even when he didn't have to. Both times he had the report back to me within 36 hrs of taking the samples. Price seemed competitive, just a lot more than I expected for this type of work.

Christopher was very friendly and professional. He called me back within 10 minutes after leaving voice mail and came the same afternoon. He came in and went straight to work after explaining the entire process (twice, my fault). Got the job done quick and complete. And emailed me his report on time as promised. I highly recommend Christopher if you need mold testing.

He was very professional, and I checked out his education and credentials. He promptly returned my call, and he came for the service when he said he would. We liked his personality and he explained everything and answered all our questions. He told us when to expect to receive the results via email, and they came right on time. I would recommend him.

Was quite response providing the report and answering call to request for service. Chris is a very personable person and provided good insight into where the problem areas were. Overall I was quite satisfied with the experience, expect that I have been trying to get in touch with him again after the service was provided to clarify a few questions regarding the report but I havent gotten a response. Called twice and sent a message as well. Otherwise would have rated an 'A' in all aspects.

Christopher Felan was a very good communicator, he was also punctual and professional. He delivered a visual inspection as at a fee agreed upon in advance. I was surprised to see additional fees of $75 (single swab test) to $150 (air tests inside and outside) for actual testing. I chose this company because of his reputation for quality. There are competitors whose results and even motives I do not trust. There was an Angie's list discount that I could have received but failed to mention it before signing the bill.

Chris was great. He was very accommodating and came out to inspect that house the next day. He was patient and let me ask a ton of questions. The Angie's list discount was definitely helpful too.

I had a small wet spot on my ceiling in the kitchen with pink growing out of it. So i called 911 remedies who informed me that they only do removal and i should have it tested first to make sure before i spent the money on removal. The gentleman was very nice about it all and gave my number ( with my consent of course) to Chris from Mold inspection Houston. Chris called me back within 30 minutes. I explained my issue to him and he said he would be out the very next day. He was very professional and he was right on time as he said he would be not a minute late. He did a full inspection of my home then took a swab sample to be sent off for testing. He was very informative on what would take place and how this all would work. He explained everything in great detail (which i was very grateful for since i was in a state of panic over this issue) and said i would have my results in the very next day by 11pm. Sure enough i had them at 10:08 pm the very next day. Not to mention he also gave me a courtesy call the next day before my report was completed to let me know that it was mold and to rest assured that everything will be in the report and what to expect. The pricing was fare and exactly what he quoted me on the phone. No hidden cost no surprises. I typically do not write reviews but i was so impressed with Chris and his work I felt that everyone should know how great he and the company were. All I can say is GREAT JOB CHRIS! AWSOME!
