MasRam Mechanical LP

I started with a preventative maint. check for the up coming summer with another company. After the check was preformed first company told me it would be best to replace our unit. My husband was convinced this was true but thought 14,000.00 dollars was a little bit to much. So we decided to get another opinion. On a recommendation, we called MasRam Air Conditioning and Heating. First i will say that the approach they took was a bit more professional. They wore shoe covers and the other company didn't. They put hazzard cones by the van and they inspected our ducts in addition to the unit. They showed us that our unit was working and showed us why it could fail in the summer time. So all in all, i would say way more professional and cheaper and after the research my husband did it was evident they just offered us more. I usually don't like to refer companies just incase they don't preform the same way. But in this case, i have no problem recommending this company. I work in customer service for a living and i can see they internally train their technicians to provide great service. Cathy M.
