I called first thing when they opened and was able to get an appointment time between 11 and 1 pm. They were delayed on a prior call and arrived at my home about 1:25 but had called to let me know they were going to be delayed. They were very polite and fixed the pipe quickly. Due to the water washing away the dirt around the pipe they were not able to put everything back as it should be but that was not their fault. I am happy with the work and will call them again if needed.

I've owned various houses for 35 years. Every plumbing job I have ever had done was expensive, encountered issues, and left a mess. This job was no exception. In a couple of the valve/hose replacements, the supply pipe broke off and the plumber had to cut open the wall and fix the pipe. One of the hot water heaters (after it came on-line) kept tripping the breaker. After the plumber spent time diagnosing the problem, he told me that it was an issue with the breaker. I brought an electrician in and the electrician replaced the breaker, which hopefully fixed the issue. I had all of this work done with the hopes of getting the house on a firm footing so that I wouldn't have to deal with a burst hot water heater or a leaky faucet. I can say (from experience) that having a burst hot water heater is a more painful experience than pro-active plumbing work, but having plumbing work done is still plenty painful. The price I paid included all parts and materials except for the 4 faucets.

When I called they were available to come out the same day! They got the leak fixed and even installed a new valve shut-off switch. They guy tried to tell me everything he was doing and why he was doing it, to keep me informed. Great service and wonderful people. I'll definitely use them again for my future needs.

Plumber arrived on time but mistakenly replaced the wrong faucet.   Once the mistake was pointed out, he replaced the faucet that was actually broken.  He didn't charge for the mistaken replacement.
