JVAC

We have used JVAC in the past for our business location and when we were let down by another electrician we called JVAC to see if they could help. Their electrician Clint came to our home and looked at the issues we needed resolving, he was very professional and knowledgeable and a few days later we had our quote and his next availability to come out and complete the work. He came to our home as planned maintaining contact with us about when he would arrive so we were able to meet him at the house. The work was completed to a very high standard and I know should we have anymore electrical issues in the future I will be calling JVAC and asking for Clint. I highly recommend this company for any A/C or electrical issues.

It's been quite a few years since we used them so I do not remember all the details or the total cost. I do remember they were professional and did a great job. I remember the price being kind of high but I think all A/C work in Texas is, plus you are paying for quality work with this company so the price might be a little higher. You get what you pay for. They aren't the cheapest but they also aren't the highest. I will continue to use them and recommend them to my friends and family. I totally trusted them and felt they were honest.

They do very good work. They are a reputable company. I will keep using them for future needs.

It is clear that they are not just trying to make money off of me; they are actually trying to solve the problem and do what is in my best interest. They know that this will get them more business than just gouging people. I will absolutely continue to use them.

We were originally introduced to JVAC by our trusted local pool company owner. They came out (the first time) and fixed a design defect in our 20+ year old home! The problem was that the original air return duct was not properly finished out, so it was sucking hot air in from between the walls and out of the attic! Yikes!! They corrected this air return problem, which made a huge difference in the cooling capacity of our downstairs area, and reduced our huge summer A/C bills by several hundred dollars per month. Needless to say, we were impressed. We also noticed how extra-thorough JVAC's technicians were in checking out every aspect of our A/C units, heating system and air delivery ducts. They measured temperature and air flow in every room, both before and after their repairs. This latest problem with the capacitor was a quick-fix that they were able to diagnose and repair in about 20 minutes, yet they spent the extra time to make sure everything was in top shape and working order (including making sure the A/C units in the attic are properly draining to avoid potential leaks and water damage, which has happened previously to us). It's good to know we have a local A/C service company we can trust.

Overall they did a great job. They should up as schedule, were very responsive, and completed the job in one day. They also made suggestions on how to better our heating/cooling system (no cost options which i like) and basically did another AC check. THey also came back several weeks later to check the air balance and make adjustments to our preferences and house heating/cooling needs. I would highly recommend JVAC to any home owner or business owner as they do commercial work as well.
