Jorden's A/C & Heating

Ha and his techs never disappoint - Jorden's has been taking care of my AC and heating for many years. I just had a new Trane air conditioning system installed and it went without a hitch. These folks are professional and competent. Ha's integrity stands out.

It went like what I'm expecting.

Spoke with Ha Nguyen about my recurring compressor failures and he sent a tech over right away. There were several major issues with the old unit so I had several companies come by & quote me prices for a complete A/C replacement. Jorden's was the best deal for the money and of all the different companies I talked to, I trusted them the most. I gave Ha the green light and he had a 3 man crew out the very next day. Those guys worked non-stop from early morning until sunset with just one break for lunch. They replaced the outdoor unit, the indoor A/C unit, and the furnace. Ran new copper wire out to the unit and removed / replaced some of the duct work. My attic was cramped & difficult to access. When Jorden's crew was finished, the attic was cleaned out and the area in front of the furnace and A/C unit was much easier to access. All of the workers were friendly, attentive, and professional. Everything was spotless when they left. The new 4 ton Trane unit runs like a champ. Would definitely do business with Ha again. Jorden's earned my highest possible recommendation. I signed on to their customer loyalty program where they check my entire system twice a year. Do yourself a favor and hire Jorden's for any A/C issues. Get several quotes and see for yourself. They are a solid, honest company that will treat you right.

This is the second time that I have had this company out to repair my HVAC unit that another company messed up. When will I learn to not buy warranties and just call Jordens to start with? I had been dealing for over two weeks in freezig weather with an unethical company/warranty company. I finally gave up and called Jordens. They were out immediately, replaced the motor and got the heat working. Jorden's is honest, reliable and prompt. What more can you ask for?

My home a/c stopped working late in the afternoon. Jorden's sent a tech out after hours. When he arrived, he quickly determined that the drip pan under the condenser was not draining and the automatic shut off switch had turned the system off like it was supposed to do. He then proceeded to clean the drain to the sewer system and when the drip pan emptied the system functioned perfectly. That's all that was needed, that's all he did and that's all I paid for. Several years ago I had a problem with my a/c and had another company check it out. I was told I needed a new condenser unit for about $1200+ I didn't have the money to fix it at that time. Someone told me about Jorden's so I gave them a call. The tech determined that the system was just low on Freon and that is what caused my condenser to freeze up and not work properly. The tech repaired the small freon leak and recharged the system. I paid way less than $1200. These guys are very honest and professional, unlike so many others out there. I won't use anybody else and I recommend them to my friends.

Jorden's lead technician was involved throughout the process. He worked with me well to meet my budget and needs. I changed plans during the process, and he was flexible to accomodate the changes. The workers were on time and completed the job in one day as planned. Other residents in Shepherd Park recommend this company, and I would use them again.

We had a 1950's stove/range that had been unused for several years. Jordan's arrived on time and provided an estimate to replace the thermostat which we found to be much more than the stove was worth. We elected not to have the repair made; however, we were impressed with both the timeliness and personality of the repairman.

Terrible, terrible, terrible

When the part came in, he came out and installed it and only charged me after the work was finished.

Those guys are fantastic.They drive forty miles to come out here. We were hit by hurricane Ike. They had put a brand new four ton in my house just before hurricane Ike and the paperwork had not completely gone through. They came back out and put in a brand new entire exterior unit and they didn't charge me a penny. Because the paperwork hadn't gone in, they were able to back it out of their system and give us a brand new unit. Even with the warranty there are some charges. we have brand new electric up to the system and everything. They were fair and didn't take advantage of you. We are right on the water and we had chemical water sitting in our house for four days. We couldn't come down. My house is seventy years old so they had to put in all new duct work upstairs They put a second system in for me so that I can shut it off in different rooms. They really did a first class job.

Everything went wonderfully. Jordan was truly dedicated to customer service and went above and beyond the call of duty.

THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG PART. SOLD ME A PART FOR $28.42 AFTER THEY SAID THEY COULD NOT FIND THE PART. THEY CAME IN AND FIXED THE A/C UNIT FOR $138.69 WITH THE PROPER CAPACITOR.
