Very well. derick was very knowledgeable and resolved the issue correctly. Would highly recommend.

install was good, but they replaced toilet with low end cheap koehler wentworth model, cheap plastic seat and lid..cheaper flush arm. for 1100 plus dollars you would think they could do better..or at least offer choice for upgrade.

The technician was very polite and helped with my situation. All the air vents were adjusted and now I am getting more heat in the two other bedrooms and bathroom and less in my room. He explained everything he did and did not leave until I was satisfied.

Leonard was on time, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He went the extra mile in diagnosing and fixing multiple issues and even fixed my Christmas lights where they had a wire break and continually tripped our breaker. I would have him out again any day if I have more electrical issues.

Service went great and clog unstopped in a short time. Edwin was sure to cover the appliances to make sure everything was clean and free of damage from his tools. He also gave us preventative suggestions to keep this type of stoppage from happening again. Very professional as well as personal.

Our experience was AMAZING! Mike & Sidney were far beyond customer service orientated, they have a true love for their profession and compassion for their clients. All of this occurred the day before Thanksgiving and they worked 9/10 hours to ensure we weren't left without power for 4-5 days because the City and Utility Companies were closed. The guided us in the whole process of communicating with our PUC and what needed to be said to make them realize we were in a hazardous situation & had a medical necessities. They made sure the City authorized and released the permitting quickly. Mike was even able to see at one point my husband was overloading me with questions while I was taking care of business on the phone and redirected him professionally, ensuring my husband I could answer when I was done, so I didn't have a meltdown. Their work was fantastic! They were efficient, thorough and their cleanliness in work/clean up superb. Sidney and Mike were an excellent team who genuinely seemed to enjoy working together. Their expertise in being electricians was only a part of who they truly were. Their respect for us, our property and situation was beyond any consideration ever received from a Contractor before. We would hire them or others from John Moore in a heartbeat from the impression they left us with. Truly our Thanksgiving blessing.

This young man’s work ethics is exceptional. I was so pleased with his work after the completion of the job. If I had a problem or question afterwards I would call John Moore and they would have him respond immediately back to me to address any concerns that I had. And in all fairness the team that came to my home starting with David “Big D” Mize who did the initial consultation on the work to be performed and it’s cost gave me 3 packages to choose from no pressure and upon my agreement he sent the best men in my opinion to do the job which was Joshua D and Derric and another young man who assisted them I think his name was Tony they were phenomenal they worked very well together. I was told the job would be completed in 4 days but they completed the job in 3 days. I was told that Joshua has been promoted and he is so deserving. Thanks guys and John Moore for a job well done.

Long story short...they will break more things, lie to you so you feel you have to buy a new unit. Guy came out and was on time. But he got up in the Attic came down and said, well you need a new unit. Showed me a picture of the circuit board and said this piece is fried and the blower isn't. Plus you got some rust here. Real dangerous for carbon monoxide. I said " the a/c was working before you came" he said "sorry buddy its done. we do financing" I pay the 140 come out fee. I have a home warranty and they done come on the weekends but I finally get them to come out. Guy goes up to the attic and 30 min later everything is running. Heater and A/C. Says a switch on the board was in the wrong position and the blower was misaligned. I asked about the rust. said no holes and that the area the rust was in was not a problem. The main heat exchanger was fine, showed picture. Took CO reading and all was good.

I was very impressed with the guy who did the initial estimate and paid half in advance for a deposit. However on the day scheduled for the repairs, the crew never showed up. I understand that delays can happen, but no one made an attempt to call and say they would not be coming. I called once and after some time on hold was told that someone would call me right back. An hour later I called again and was on hold for another 17 minutes. I was again told that someone would call back, and in fact the dispatcher did call back and asked if she could reschedule me for another day. I asked for my deposit back while I consider whether to try them again and they agreed to the refund. I've contacted them two additional times to request that they return my $750 deposit. It's been 3 weeks since I requested the refund and have not yet received it..

No addition parts required. Relay on the P C board was reset turning power off/on and directly the compressor came on. I was charged only the one service call of $9.00.

Extremely well. Matt was friendly & helpful. Matt was professional & experienced. I appreciate the fact that he was fast & that he cleaned up the area afterwards.
