Excellent, Joshua D. explained everything and was willing to answer additional questions. John Moore is not the least expensive but they warranty their work and will make it right.

Tilo, our service technician is very professional and knowledgeable. Courteous and attentive to detail. Tilo is our third tech in the over four years of us owning a home and all have been excellent examples of customer service.

A big job and every one that came out from John Moore service was excellent. Mark Welsh, the two young excavators who worked so hard and Joe their manager and Steve the plumber who did such a great job. You have a great bunch of people working for you.

Troy was very professional, on time and laid out all the specifics of the job. He went over and beyond what the job required. It was a fairly large job, taking two days to complete. He recommended John Moore for many other services and we had them (roofing, drywall and electrical) come out to give us bids. I trust this co. and would highly recommend them.

Great. The plumber, Darrell Kresta, with John Moore, took the toilet lid off and knew in 2 seconds what needed to be done, after 2 others couldn’t completely fix. The chain needed to be shortened and the flap (which was wrong size) was replaced.

Russell H. from John Moore Services did excellent, professional work. If ever we need plumbing work again we would definitely ask for his help. Our rating is 5 stars. The business office paper work was a bit confusing at first. They need to support Russell with clearer descriptions of transactions on their invoices. More detail would be helpful. We have had three work projects performed by John Moore in the last few years and all have been very successful.
