I can’t say enough about Christian and JC&C roofing. It’s a daunting task trying to find a good and fairly priced roofer in Houston that won’t be here today and gone tomorrow, but I can proudly say I think we found one of the best. Integrity is an often forgotten word in this day and age, but it’s what I appreciated most about JC&C. We received five quotes from roofers and JC&C was in the same range as four of them. Then it came down to really examining the companies to pick the one for us. Being certified through the shingle manufactory was a huge plus as well a free power wash. We ended up choosing JC&C and I’m so glad we did. Once we decided to use them, the roof was going on the next day. They did a great job on the roof as well as clean up. Another great experience was when they damaged our gutter guards. That’s right I said it correctly, when they damaged our gutter guards. This is one of the times Christian’s integrity showed. I’ve read of stories where roofers damaged gutters (which is common) and fought with the home owner that it wasn’t their guys, this was not the cause with Christian. I showed it to him during our final walk down before I paid and he didn’t blink an eye in his response. He said they would take care of it and told me not to worry. True to his word, they fixed it. And they not only fixed the bent guards but replaced them. I know some may think that is what he was supposed to di, but in this day in age it’s not common. He also allowed us to pay for our roof on our credit card without charging us 3%, which allowed us to get the reward points. All in all I was more than satisfied with my experience with JC&C. I would and will recommend them to everyone. Anyone out there can put a roof on your house but few can match JC&C’s integrity and customer service!

We had JC&C Roofing install an 80-mil TPO roof on our flat-roof, 3-story townhouse in near town (Houston). His was the most competitive offer and their workmanship, skills, and overall quality was excellent. I can't say enough good things to demonstrate how happy we are with our new roof. My brother used to be in the plastic-lining industry and he inspected our roof: He was impressed with the precision and quality of workmanship, too, and I trust his judgement. Overall, Christian and his team with friendly, smart, professional, and obviously competent. It was a tough, labor-intensive job (manually getting materials to 3-story roof) and they did it all. I'm very happy with their efforts.

He came to my house to do the estimate, came back to go over the contract and provide a detailed description of the work to be completed and schedule the job, once again on the day of the actual work, and finally to deliver the invoice and close the deal. Each time, it was a pleasure to meet with him. The work was completed in one day and the results were great. His crew did an excellent job from the tear off to the final clean-up. The sales representative Christian, was extremely informative, assisted us in choosing the right color and the type of shingles. The work crew was outstanding, used tarps and a large dumpster to maintain the stripping of our old roof and nails in a central area. Cleaned everything upon completion and made sure all nails were picked up! They also recognized some issues with our decking and rafters and repaired them with my approval. Very professional and would highly recommend JC&C Roofing to anyone! Christian, thank you for your outstanding customer support.

I feel that Christian went above and beyond on my roofing project. He is honest, tells you what you need, and what is not needed. My roofing project was pretty big. They had to put in new supports, decking and shingles. I feel like I got the best of the best from the roofing industry, and would highly recommend them for anyone else looking for professional roofers. The workers worked continuously for many hours, and worked well together. You can see that they took pride in their work, and were perfectionists, like the owner of the company.

Christian quoted us a very good price on a roof for our oversized patio. He and his, supervisor in charge, asked many questions to know our wants. Often times suggesting better ideas than what we had. The workers worked well together and there was no foul language spoken in any language. They were on time, worked hard, finished when they said they would, and did a fine job of cleaning up. The outcome of this project is beautiful and something to be proud of.
