+ 3 moreIt went perfectly. Ivan is creative in his suggestions and conservative in his pricing. He uses quality materials, but he is never extravagant. I would call Ivan first when we need to do something around the house.
Description of Work: Ivan Espinoza has worked in our home for over 10 years. He has painted the outside of our home twice, part of the exterior once and totally created a beautiful studio for me from existing attic space. He and his crew were responsible for the construction, heating and air conditioning, electrical wiring and painting of the new space.

+ 5 moreIvan and the rest of the group, including his Admin, were extremely professional, responsive, prompt, and thorough. Ivan was priced fairly and was extremely willing to work with me as I continually changed my mind on what we wanted to complete now versus later. I have really enjoyed working with Ivan and would absolutely hire him again.
Description of Work: Ivan and team did a variety of cooling enhancements to our attic and water heater as a result of findings in our newly purchased home inspection. Some of the items included adding a new attic fan, fixing an existing attic fan, adding insulation, repairing drywall, adding a water heater pan, relocating and installing a new thermostat, adding new insulation, electrical panel work, and more.

+ 3 moreI cannot say enough positive things about Ivan and his team. They are professional, punctual, responsive, and he provided insights when I was debating choices. He kept me updated on estimates as I was adding work into the plans, so I always knew what to expect with costs. I highly recommend this group for home needs.
Description of Work: Ivan and his team did work in every room of my home from building custom cabinets, to new hand railings, to installing new light fixtures. 3 bathrooms were completely redone, kitchen floors and paint updated, new crown molding, new iron stair rail, new light fixtures.
