Liroye was simply fantastic . He knew exactly what he was doing and we will def be calling him next year for cleaning our dryer vent cleaning .Apparently it was bad to the point of being a fire hazard. Initially called for duct clean. Wanted 2-stage, 4 and 5 ton AC units. GCP reps seemed to agree but quoted for a 1-stage unit with a lower SEER rating at same price other company was charging for 2-stage. Despite discussions about 2-stage units (recorded on camera!), a rep pushed a concealed 1-stage contract. When we questioned the wrong units delivered, a rep argued for almost 2 hours, even instructing workers to proceed with installation. The company owner, Mark, initially displayed a poor attitude, questioning our needs and recordings. After receiving the recordings, Mark promised to fix everything and to compromise, we even accepted to contract with them to take the 1-stage units for our business. Though the correct 2-stage units were eventually installed, the wiring was incorrect, rendering the 2-stage functionality 1-stage. When we raised this wiring issue, Mark accused us of nitpicking, blackmail, and refused to honor the service contract. We are contemplating legal action.

Worst company ever and beware that they will not support you after the jobs are completed. Stay away if you can!!!!
