All went well but i saw sunlight under the turbine into the attic. they came out the next day and fixed the problem

His crew arrived right on schedule to begin the work. He uses a 4 man crew and all work is done by hand (no air guns). They were fast workers and cleaned up their mess each evening before they left. My only complaint would be that the job was estimated to take 2-3 days and actually took 4 days. Mr. Geyer came by several times to inspect the work and make sure I was pleased.

Ron came out the next day after we called, gave us the best price of all the bids. He had good advice for our low-pitch roof & the install was timely & just what we had hoped for. Our roof has never looked this good!

Adjuster came in took his time in inspecting the area, got on the roof outside to make sure that it was not a leak from outside. He gave us advice told us how to fix it ourselves and saved us tons of money. Very honest and professional! If we ever need something for our roof will surely be calling them over again!

Geyer roofing was not selected to do the work because their price was higher than an equally qualified source.

It was "raining in my living room"!!! That was my first clue!! Like everyone else, I want to get the most bang for my buck!! I want it done right the first time, want it to be as easy as possible, reasonably priced, have the company do what they say they are going to do and do it when they say they are going to do it!!! Geyer Roofing did ALL of that! Try hiring a Roofer in Houston!!!! Wow...talk about tons of them out there!!! It's intimidating! We've all heard the horror stories!!! I couldn't afford to be one of those stories!!! I checked with the BBB and Angie's List, had a few come give me estimates, but ultimately decided hands-down to use Geyer Roofing and am happy I did!!! Diane and Ron were an absolute pleasure to work with and made it all so smooth and easy to deal with!! The Roofers came as scheduled, were all VERY polite and flowed well together as a team. Just seemed very second - nature to them. They finished slightly ahead of schedule (which was fast anyway), cleaned up EVERYTHING (I wondered about that!) but they left if perfect, with no remaining debris - I didn't have to lift a finger! The neighbors have all complimented the new roof too and also noticed how quickly and efficiently they worked together. Mr. Geyer even came to the door to be sure I was happy, etc. In short, save yourself the headache of getting some other Roofer and potential issues....just use these folks from the start and it will be a SUPER easy transaction and you'll be MORE than happy with the end result!!!

Showed up on time. Roof needed some new caulking around metal rain shields protecting the various pipes coming up through the roof. Also the metal chimney cap was quite faded and rusty. They made sure all seals around any area rain could penetrate were sealed. Also replaced all the shingles along the ridge vent since those were in very bad shape. Did a good job and passed the re-inspection.

He was very prompt when I called to have him come give me a bid. He gave me the bid right away. He was prompt at finishing the job. I did find a few nails in the driveway after the work was finished. Overall, everyone that I had to talk with were wonderful people and so nice. I would use them again.

Workers were cordial and did a good job, cleaned up after work was completed. Mr. Geyer was very helpful and wanted to make sure we were satisfied. Would recommend to family or friends

No services performed. Gave money to buyers at closing for any repairs they deemed necessary.

During the past week of heavy rains I discovered that my roof was leaking. I called Geyer Roofing on Thurday to schedule an estimate and was pleased that he was able to come out the next day to assess the damage. Mr Ron Geyer was fast thorough and did not try to upsell me. He was able to come out the next day and replace the shigles which were imporperly installed when the house was built. And his team completed the work before the next round of rain storms hit. His team was efficient, quiet and cleaned up after themselves.

I originally contacted them on a Tuesday and they planned to come out on Thursday, but there was a mix up with the appointments and it was accidentally cancelled. When I called them back on Monday, the apologized and came out the next day and provided an estimate. Once we gave the approval to do the work, they were there the next day to complete the job. They were very effecient and reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again.

In these economic times, an honest person is hard to find. I was lucky to come across Geyer roofing through Angies List. I am a first time home owner and I recently purchased a used home that will need a new roof within the next 3-4 years, but I needed minor repairs done to get by until we are able to have the roof replaced. Ron did not upsell me or try to squeeze pennies out of my dime. I was able to have the repairs done that I needed without paying an extra cost. I would highly recommend Geyer Roofing for any roof repair/ replacement issues.

Mr. Geyer himself came out to look at our roof because we weren't ready to file a claim. He gave us an estimate that day, which was given with no pressure to hire him for the job. Once the insurance adjuster came out, we discovered that his bid ended up being VERY close to what insurance was allowing. His bid actually came out slightly lower than what insurance allowed. He uses quality materials and the crew was quiet (as far as roofing goes) and courteous. Everything was done according to our desires and we have a very nice looking roof. Mr. Geyer knows roofs and does everything he can to please the customer.

My husband interviewed roofing companies and had decided to use Geyer as he seemed to be very honest and gave us a very good price. One of our big peeves was that some contractors seemed to be gougeing the homeowner insurance companies with an inflated price, saying that WE (the homeowners) would not pay any extra!! Mr. Geyer didn't act this way. I quickly checked Geyer out on Angies List and was pleased to find an "A" rating from 2 people. When I told my husband this fact, he confirmed with Mr. Geyer for the next week. The crew showed up early, took about an hour off for lunch and left between 4 & 5 o'clock. Thank goodness, because the scraping and pounding sounds of your roof being taken off and replaced is quite annoying! They had said it would take 3 days and in three days they were finished! Their work was great, they replaced my plumbing vents with a covered type. All of my backyard things had been moved to protect them from damage, they used plywood at certain points where they dumped the old shingles down to protect my windows and plants. When the crew took a break, there was no sound from them. I never heard music, hollering or any other noise except the sounds of roof coming off and going back on. What a GREAT deal to get work done exactly when and how promised leaving things neat and tidy for a really good price. Thanks Geyer Roofing! We'll be telling all our friends about you!

Highly recommended. I had some outstanding roof damage that was causing water leaks in heavy rain. I had several contractors come out and inspect the roof. Some were only interested in replacing the roof and tried the hard sell. Ron Geyer came out and gave me an honest and thorough assessment of the damage, the condition of the roof, and what he could and would do. His quote was significantly cheaper than the next lowest price and included more thorough repairs. They came back within two days and completed the work quickly and efficiently. They left me a bill and asked me to simply post a check. I was very impressed with Ron and with the work and out of the half dozen contractors I had look at the work I would recommend GEYER ROOFING instantly to everyone. Thank you!

We had some severe storm damage on our roof. A large tree branch fell through and since we needed repairs we decided to replace the whole thing. The insurance company covered about twenty five percent of the job and we paid the rest. Geyer did a perfect job installing the roof. We can hardly hear the rain on it anymore. They carted all the refuse from the job away. The gutters don't sag anymore either.
