Description of Work: Be prepared, plumbing is expensive. Plumbers work from a list of set prices that come out to over $100 an hour. Fredie Baily was courteous and helpful, and his plumbers performed the work quickly and apparently well. It's only been a few days. They did not show up on time due to problems with previous committments. This sems to be prevalent in workmen of any type, so scheduling your appointment first is best. Mr/. Bailey was helpful in inspecting the faucet I was to install and we found that the package had been previously open and was missing some things. On his adbvice, I returned it, and he ordered me one of the same for less than I paid at Home Depot. That saved a lot of trouble. The service performed was repalcement of a kitchen faucet that had begun to leak from an o-ring.

Description of Work: Had 2 toilets that ran. Had gas outdoor BBQ that needed hooking up. (GAS OUTLET ALREADY AVAILABLE). Needed nipple for end and to be plugged in. We were hesitate to do this because unsure of messing with gas hookup. Just moved into house. On time for appt. Presented me with estimate and I stupidly signed it as I did not consider angielist list; we had used for water heater (See separate report). One toilet: replaced small part. Cost 188.88. Second Toilet: replaced small part: had to come back next day because still doesn't work.....replaced handle (no add'l chg.) Cost: 166.00 BBQ part and plug-in: 188. Time: Less than one hour. Cost 520. with 10% discount. Paid: 468. Explained they used standard pricing charts like auto service places.

+ -1 moreThey took out all the old piping for us and we have not had a problem with leaking at all. I have had good luck with them in the past. I have used them for repairs before and they have always been friendly and honest with their repairs.

Description of Work: I have used them several times, my house and plumbing is 35 years old. They have always been on time, always given me an estimate and performed the work to my satisfaction. They are expensive though, if I could find a less expensive plumber that I could trust, I'd hire them.

+ -1 moreWhile we had company over, I discovered there was a substantial hot water heater leak. I contacted Freddie Bailey, who stated he had people in the area & would be there shortly. It took over an hour & a half before they arrived. After working on the problem for 45 minutes, they said the problem was fixed, but it wasn't. I was charged $600 & I had to call another plumber to finish the job. It was a bad experience.
Description of Work: Freddie Bailey Plumbing attempted to repair a leaking hot water heater. The water was coming out of the bottom of the tank.

+ -1 moreMy mother resides with us & she has her own bathroom. The toilet was running continuously & it just needed a new flapper. My mother called Freddy Bailey Plumbing to look at the toilet & he took advantage of her. She was told that the guts had to be replaced. They charged her $250 & never replaced the flapper. I called them & spoke with them about the toilet's flapper, & he was not too nice in his answers but did finally give me my money back for the plumbing work. I went out, bought a $5 flapper, & put it in myself. When I asked why I did not receive an estimate before any work was done, Freddy Bailey Plumbing told me at the time that they do not do estimates.
Description of Work: THE FLAPPER IN MY MOTHER'S TOILET NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. SHE CALLED FREDDY BAILEY PLUMBING TO REPAIR THE FLAPPER.
