Description of Work: Spoke with Michael Bistooni on a Monday in order to get a quote on repairing gutters on two of my rental houses. Bistooni said he would call me back the following day with a quote. On Thursday of that week, having not heard from him, I tried his # and left a voice mail asking him to call me regarding the quote. Still not hearing back, I called him the following Tuesday and got through to him directly. At this point he impatiently told me that his company has a waiting period of 3-4 months before beginning a job and that he has not the time to look at my houses and that I should just call another company. I can not comment on the quality of his work, obviously, and I was actually looking forward to using the company due to the excellent feedback on Angie's List. And I am sure that this episode is a result of him suddenly taking on a lot of work. Still, I think it is important that other potential clients are made aware of this less than above board customer service experience.

 + -1 moreFour Seasons took my call promptly and followed up quickly with an estimate and gutter cleaning. Their prices were very good, and they told me how stopped up gutters can cause the rain to fall from the roof to close to the house, which can cause damage. The cleaning was scheduled as soon as we agreed on a day, and the gutter man was on time. He climbed up to the gutters, pulled a lot of junk out, bagged it, and put it by the curb for the trash man. He did an excellent job and left everything clean as a pen.
