Ethan Clark Air Conditioning

I made the call on 5/13 in the morning, appointment was scheduled in the afternoon. Clark came, checked both A/C units, put antifreeze, detected the leak, checked all air returns, made recommendations. Very reasonable, no unneeded work was done, office staff very professional and friendly. Will hire again Certainly a 5 - STAR A/C company

I had the displeasure of dealing with American Home Shield for more than a week, waiting for them to come and fix the broken A/C, but they kept shuffling their feet and putting it off...until I decided enough was enough; I called the A/C Company Ethan Clark, and the very next day they were here to fix the problem.
They were 100% punctual, professional,and once they recognized the old A/C had to go, they gave me the option of going with 2 different systems, explaining to me the pros/cons of each one, as well as how much each would cost.  I picked an option, they went to purchase the new A/C, and came back to install everything that same day. 
Thanks again for a fantastic job! I would definitely recommend them for any A/C issues.

There were prompt, professional and competent. Explained everything to me, got the part. came back on time with the part.  Did several extra things and did not charge me extra.  They had been recommend by a friend and I must say they were the best Air conditions service I have used in Houston.

My latest episode was August 8 when my outside fan stopped working again. I called Ethan Clark before 4pm and again was told that it would be the next day. The serviceman came at 4 pm the following day August 9 and informed me that now my fan was bad and that the fan replacement cost was going to be over $600.00. I called the owner Joe to discuss this mark up for parts and he informed me "that it costs a lot to run his trucks and that nobody drove home in a Cadillac." I canceled the service call at that time. I found a brand new OEM replacement fan and new run capacitor at local AC Parts house for under $120.00 and installed them myself. I also discussed this with the AC Parts manager and he informed me that most AC repair companies charge between $300 and $400 to replace condenser fan and run capacitor!!!

Clark of Ethan Clark came late on a Friday afternoon. When he determined the control panel on our defunct brand of AC unit was fried, he located a new one and fought rush hour traffic to get there before the parts supplier closed at 5 PM. He then returned, installed the control panel and realized it had actually been shorted out by a malfunctioning fan, which would also need to be replaced. He got the system cooling with hopes that it would hold us over for a few days when he could return in the cool of Tuesday AM to complete the job. Unfortunately we returned home later that evening to find the AC had stopped cooling. I called Saturday 8AM just to leave a message (in case he needed other parts) and was amazed that Ethan Clark called back, sent Clark out to find and pick up a new fan and installed it on Saturday morning.
