Being new to the Houston area, we were not familiar with the different neighborhoods.  We had tried for weeks to find an agent who would sit down with us and discuss what we were looking for and give us the pros and cons of different neighborhood options--but no one seemed to be interested in discussing what we wanted.  We feel so lucky to have found Jordana because she made the time to show us many houses and discuss the what we wanted in our home and neighborhood.  She spent so much time with us we almost felt guilty.  Beyond that, she truly put our best interests in front of her own.  More than once she told us that she thought we would be overpaying if we increased our bid, despite the fact that it was in her financial interest to get us to bid higher and get in a home faster.  Moreover, there are few people that I would trust to negotiate on my behalf and Jordana is unquestionably one of them.  And after we found our dream-home, Jordana took care of everything from scheduling numerous inspectors, setting us up with a mortgage broker, recommending and calling painters for us....  We cannot say enough good things about Jordana.  Whatever real estate needs we have in the future, we will use her without question.
