+ -1 moreIt went well overall. He always seems knowledgeable and provides a 1 year warranty on his work. I have yet to call him in the last two years since he has done work on a warranty related issue.
Description of Work: This is the third time that Tino Delgado comes to do work on my roof. We have had a tree branch fall and open a hole, a leak caused by the poor workmanship of another company that built us a roofed patio, and two leaks via exhaust vents. Tino took care of each of those three issues. Today, he replaced three exhaust vents. Two of them had leaked in separate instances under heavy rain. The last time being Hurricane Ike.
