After discovering we were being relocated my wife and I began to contact Houston Area Realtors. Utilizing the shotgun method we 4 local Realtors hoping to find a good one. Two didn't even bother calling us back and the other that did was narcissistic and very authoritarian. She kept telling us what we 'needed to do.' C.W. on the other hand called us back promptly, was polite and asked us what our goals were. He actually LISTENED TO US. After arriving in Houston things only got better. True to his business philosophy espoused to on his website he acted as our 'home coach' providing us with the information and insight needed to make the right decision for us. He was always available and his communication was excellent. Every morning he would meet with us, ask us how we thought the day before had went and formulated a game plan to find the perfect home for us before taking us out to search. Once we found our home he helped us negotiate the deal and always helped us stay focus, kept our eyes on the prize, our dream home. C.W. is a stand up kind of guy and after the process was all over I felt like I had made a valued friend. C.W. still continues to help us acclimate to the Houston area and is very connected to this great city. If we EVER have any real estate needs, C.W. Ross will be the man that we call.
