There was a leaky pipe above the hot water heater. Cotton's team went into the attic and took photos and found the copper pipes to be corroded and several leaks through the attic. Corroded copper pipe were taken out and were replaced with new plastic pipe. The team wore booties inside the house and cleaned up after themselves. They also replaced the piping in our master shower and installed new handles. They kept us informed along the way. We are very pleased. So pleased that later in the month we added a Cotton water softner.
