He is very awful to deal with. He lied about this area - it is full of gangs; prostitutes and loud crazy people. The condo has raw sewage issues - I had sewage come up into my bathtubs. He made me sign that I was responsible for toilets when he knew there was a major plumbing problem there. He told me that the HOA is responsible for all plumbing issues. The AC did not work properly and never shut off it was 80 degrees most of the time in the condo. Roach infested; deep cracks all in the parking lot. I fell on 4/19/14 in the parking lot he refused to give me the HOA number - due to the break I lost my job and nearly had a nervous breakdown living there. He refuses to take any information over the phone; via email or text he wants you to drive to his nasty office on Imogene and drop letters to him. He returned my initial sign in sheet showing all the issues in the condo and made me sign one without any marks. He is a loud abusive bully that must be stopped from scamming and taking peoples money. He uses the fact that people have blemishes on their credit and makes people pay huge deposits. DO NOT DEAL with the management company. I can't find any legal information listed anywhere on it and I cannot find anything on the HOA either. Currently in lawsuit with this horrible company.
