Salesperson, Rhea Elliot, was very personable and knowledgeable on all phases of proposed work. Kamal Khanjani, owner and helper did all the work. Was very polite, worked quietly with emphasis on cleanliness and finishing requirements all in one full day. At all times we were kept updated on arrival time, number of people and estimated completion of finish time. While not requested on original contract they put in the new fresh air duct the next day at no additional cost to us as they thought it was needed. All workers arrived on time and always called to advise us before arriving. Cleaned up all work areas before leaving. Did seem to have a little trouble with internal physical communication equipotent but suspect that was temporary.
