This guys labor charge was reasonable for replacing the induser motor assembly but charged me $556 for a $150 part. When I asked to see the part before he installed it he remarked "yeah they sure are proud of these" inferring that is what the part cost. $100 for labor, $400 markup on the part, for less than an hours work. I won't use him again.

It was a great experience having an honest , genuine , & fair professional perform repair of my A/C in such a quick and decisive way . He now my A/C repairman my search is over . Very happy with this gentleman. Ronnie Messina is the best repair man I ever encountered !!!!!!!

When initially contacted and asked for a quote I was made aware of all the different options available, costs involved and differences each system would make on my home environment. I was satisfied with my quote and found it competitive with other vendors. Work went smoothly and was completed in a fast, safe and efficient manner. Workers kept the work entrances clean and uncluttered. Every aspect of the installation was professionally completed. Ronnie Messina (the business owner) made sure to answer all questions and also insured we knew how to properly operate all new systems. On the whole, my wife and I were very pleased with this installation.

I called the owner, Ronnie, at 6 PM on a weeknight because one of our A/C units was not working. He answered the call personally and arrived within the hour. He was very professional and knowledgeable and was able to repair/resolve the issue quickly. I would recommend calling Ronnie for any A/C needs.

It went very well. Ronnie took the time to measure the individual rooms and windows throughout the house to ensure the new units were sized properly. He also recommended an additional air return register for the downstairs unit. His quote was inline with others I received, however he offered a better warranty deal on the American Standard equipment than other bidders. Overall, he was very professional throughout the install and performed quality work. The new systems have been running nicely now for threel months with no issues whatsoever. Highly recommend.

The technician was excellent ? he was on time (!) and very efficient and knowledgable. He suggested some upgrades to our aging system that we might consider in the future, but never pushed anything on us and was just being a good professional doing a thorough job and pointing out possible issues we should be aware of for the future.

On cool, humid days where my AC would not run much throughout the day i was having high humidity levels inside the house due to 2 large fish tanks that i have indoors. Their evaporation leads to the high humidity. Controlled air came out to see my situation and gave me some options. They made an adjustment and slowed my blower unit down so that it took a little longer to cool the house. This would insure that my AC would run a little longer each time and have more time to remove the excess humidity. They were very professional and polite. I have no doubts about their honesty. I will def be using them again for all of my AC needs.

Two brothers respond immediately-especially on a hot day when a/c breaks!  Knowledgeable; improved a poor system, moved a compressor for better performance

Plan to use them in future if the need arrises.

I spent $186 for the check-up. I never felt like they were trying to sell me something. It is a family business and it is just two people, father, and son and they have been my parishioners in the past. I have been using them for 22 years and I would continue to use them. For me they are the best ones in Huston. I know that they will find what problem I have and solve it and do it on a timely basis. I also know that will charge me a fair labor charge.

Controlled Air SVC Co. did a good job. They showed up when they said they would and they got the job done well. The workers were personable and were able to figure out what needed to be done.
