Description of Work: I have a service contract. They check the ac in the spring and the furnace in the fall.

Description of Work: Our A/C was not cooling. They filled it up with Freon and a couple of other things connected to this. |They are with our warranty company and the service was covered under our co |pay. We were very pleased with them. They came out the same day and were very professional and thorough.

Description of Work: 30 min to 5, still sent out a tech. tech went stright to the CAPACITOR and found dead, replaced in 15 min simple task (capacitor on the net was 20 bucks). Charged 195 dollars. All things considered not bad. will call again.

Description of Work: Habib and his crew installed the state of the art A/C unit for my second floor. He gave me the best price! He redid the upstairs and downstairs duct work, increased the number of returns and made the whole system more efficient. He sealed the door of my attic so that it would be more energy efficient as well. And there are numerous other adjustments that Habib did for my A/C system so that everything would be perfect. Habib went far beyond any other A/C professional would do and I can not be any happier with his work. I would highly recommend Habib for his honesty, hard and precise work, cleanliness and expertise. It is hard to find someone as trustworthy as he is.

Description of Work: I called Habib asking for advice about a new home we'd just moved into. He was extremely professional on the phone and sent one of his technicians across to assess the situation and consult with me. Habib also visited at a later date to review the situation and he was very professional in his investigations and provided us with 3 separate quotes, tailored to our specific situation. We have not yet done the work, but will definitely be speaking with Habib again when we're ready.
