Description of Work: They basically refused to do the work. Apparently they are moving warehouse and difficulties/illness in family which is their back office. I'd have heart about it if they could have referred me to others (as I was a customer 8 years ago). Unfortunately I'm aware of other work they are taking on readily for other colleagues.

Description of Work: We called for an estimate. It took a couple of days to be contacted by the representative. He kept the appointment. He talked much too much about his firm's quality etc. He took far too long to give an estimate that was ridiculously high. (his quote for flooring alone was more than the cost for the entire remodeling and painting job that we eventually chose.) Seeing as he never followed up on the quote - submitted by email, we suspect that he did not want the job.

 + -1 moreClouse Wood Floors are very professional, efficient, craftsmen. Our home had hardwood floors in some rooms, and the floors were in need of some major refinishing. We hired Clouse as we hear great things about them. The stairs, a huge playroom, and a large hallway all were cleaned and refinished. They look beautiful, and we will certainly use them in the future for any more refinishing we need done. They are very reasonable in their pricing.
Description of Work: Clouse Wood Floors refinished some existing hardwood floors in our house.
