Description of Work: Due to the present state of the economy, having to buget and shop around for the best deals is a must for me, and like many other people now a days I'm sure. Living in Houston, TX Air Conditioning is a MUST. So when mine quit working, I started doing my homework!! After days of rersearch I contacted Climate Design A/C & HTG. and explained my situation. 1. A real person answered the phone 2. I had a very professional Service Technician come to my house the SAME DAY, as they worked around my schedule. 3. After a thorough inspection of my unit, I was quoted a price to replace and/or repair. Giving me an option was impressive. 4.The other companies I researched did not give me that option. So with that being said I felt that this company (because of everything mentioned above) was impressive, reliable and honest. I made my decision to replace. Climate Design's prices and warranties( which is very important to me) was the BEST!!! 5. Within 24 hrs. I had my new system which is wonderful!! But best of all I feel really good and very happy that I made the right choice. 6. They also have a Preventative Maintence agreement to come out twice a year and inspect my unit. ( Why not I do for my car and I don't live in it)......I assure you if you need help this is the company I will always recomend!!!!

+ -1 moreThis company is family-owned and operated. Their technicians aren't working on commission like some of the other big A/C & heating companies. I had problems with my heater not consistently turning on. The circuit board needed to be replaced. I decided to just replace the entire heater. There was absolutely no sales pressure. My heater was already 15+ years old and I didn't want to invest anymore money in it. The guys at Climate Design did a great job and I will definitely use them again.

+ -1 moreMy experience with Climate Design was exceptional. In July my family and I were without ac and tried calling companies to give us estimates for repairs, but estimates were running high some companies even wanted me to buy a whole new unit. Climate Design technicians found the real error a small inexpensive part that saved me from making a huge expense. I appreciate the technicians at Climate Design for being honest. I would definately recommend this company to all my friends and family. Thank goodness for Angie's List now we have somewhere to go and share our experiences.

+ 0 moreIt’s nice to know that there are still companies out there in this day and age who pride themselves in having hardworking honest personnel! I’m a single working mother and it’s hard to find repair services that I can trust. From the time I called till the time the work was completed I felt comfortable and secure in my decision! Owner Russell Brown came out personally to inspect my duct work and found my problem in no time and he was kind, courteous and professional. Work was scheduled immediately and job was done in no time at all. I compared cost to other companies and Climate Design was reasonable, affordable and professional! I felt like they actually cared!
