It went very well. The technician was on time and very courteous.

Purchased a big deal from Angies List, called Church Services and was able to setup an appointment right away - the staff was friendly and I was able to get the time I wanted that worked for me. The gentlemen that came out (on time) to the house and sprayed was very professional. I am very happy with my whole experience and would recommend Church Services and will have them back out again.

I bought the package through Angie's list- 1 hour electrical for $89. Our house lights were flickering. He checked fuse boxes and found no visible problem. Said to keep a record of when the problem occurred. We had 1/2 hour left, I really had nothing for him to do, so I asked him to change out a ballast in a light fixture (had been blinking but not out). He did so, then we still had time left unused (to this day). He charged me $55 additional to change the ballast. At Home Depot I found that a ballast costs $14. Called Church the next day, John said they would refund the money. The electrician had charged me for parts and LABOR though the labor should have been included in my $89. I never heard from them for a month. I tried to call John, he did not return my phone calls. Had to keep on it for several days. He made excuses why check had not been sent. Finally, 5 weeks after the promised check, it arrived. I think to buy an hour product from an electrician (or any hourly service at at flat rate) is loaded with potential problems. In behalf of the electrician, he was very nice and did not try to convince me to replace the breaker boxes which would have been expensive. This situation with the electrician was not the problem except for his error in double billing me. The rub lies with John who completely dropped the ball with this.

Purchased a coupon through Angie's list for 2 hours of electrical work for $99.00. I had forgotten about it and the company called me to remind me to schedule the work. They came out as scheduled, on time, and installed 2 replacement ceiling fans perfectly. Since I still had a little time left on the clock I asked if he could replace an electric plug. I didn't have a new one so the electrician found one in his truck and installed it. He didn't charge me for the plug. So glad he didn't. When we went to use it we could not plug anything into it. I called to have him return but never received a call back. I didn't pursue it as I thought I would have them replace it the next time I needed an electrician. It is an inconvience for my daughter but she has learned to live without that plug. I would have given all A's in the review if I had received a call back, otherwise the experience was professional.

They are wonderful and professional. Highly recommend.

He got here on time. Spent about 30 minutes here. Essentially spread some bait outside, did some spot treatment inside (instead of whole house), and flung a dust around the entrance to the attic space. I wasn't too impressed, especially for the price. It should probably be better than store bought grade pesticides, but it was not anything I couldn't have done myself. I have tried them for a couple of services and have not been impressed.

I am always a little sceptical of special offers, as I am always looking for a catch or some shortcuts in the service. In this case, Church not only negated my concerns but provide service above and beyond those which I have received in the past for more money. They fully treated the house inside and out and completed an inspection for termite activity. THey were not hard sell but explained clearly what they had done. I was the one who pushed for a more permanent set-up for ongoing pest treatment. THey have been back again and the service was of the same quality as before. I value consistency and it is nice to know that they are not a "one hit wonder." I highly recommend them.

Church Services was punctual and very professional. During the installation of the pendant lights, we ran into several issues with obstructions in the crawl space above the kitchen ceiling. Church Services provided us a couple of options to deal with the situation and allowed us to reschedule the appointment after we had had time to discuss the alternatives. The appointment was rescheduled and the installation was completed without issue. Church Services was very flexible and provided the kind of honest, professional feedback that you would expect, but very seldom get from service providers. They completely the work in a timely manner and cleaned up afterward. I was very happy with their work and would recommend their services.

The job went well. The technician arrived timely, was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He replaced the above items and had to call for another technician to assist him with the camera through the pipes, as he had to get on the roof to do so. I was not charged for the time he waited for the second technician to arrive.

The tech came in a sprayed around the interior base boards as much as possible. When he got to the kitchen I asked did I need to move anything out of the cabinets, he said that it was not necessary. He sprayed in the attic and did the perimeter outside. It appeared to be a generally good job, it just did not do the trick.

Went above and beyond his required duty.

Nice technician answered my concerns about the product being used. Treated the exterior & interior of the house, including the attic & the garage.

Church Services arrived on time to perform pest control spraying on our home. They went into the attic (which had not ever been done by my previous pest control company) and found we had intruders. They gave me an estimate, set the traps, repaired the entry point from outside and returned to collect the traps.

We were disappointed that the cost was so much. We called our home warranty and they said we need a new coil. He gave us a better rate to clean the coil.

I heard them through promotion. They seemed to be professional. They did a good job. It was done in a timely manner. The fan was in good working order. It was a good experience.

I really felt the work was over-priced and that the technician did not come prepared after I described exactly what I needed done. Technician spent at least half the time going to get "part".

I hired the plumber to install my new sink. I purchased an upgraded drain that has a special basket on it. Rather than telling me that he had never seen a drain like that and didn't know how to install it, he installed it and a week later water started pouring out of the sink into the cabinet under the sink. They did come back a no charge and fixed the sink with a plain drain. I received a replacement drain for the one that was ruined, but don't trust this specific plumber to install it. I'm OK with the plan drain, but am a little dissapointed that I didn't get the upgrade installed.

Very disappointed in the professionalism. The service technician was very slow completing the job and spent to much time trying to talk/visit with me. I was also surprised that I had to pay $32 in addition to the original $89 amount paid for 2 hrs. work. The service was very slow and the service person did not seem to be in any hurry to complete the job. Fixing the sink took much longer than I expected. He evaluated the upstairs toilet and told me it would take $348 to rebuild the toilet. Seemed very high. Tried to convince me that we needed a new garbage disposal since our disposal had some rust on it. The disposable was less than 5 years old and I was quoted me $395 for a 1/2 HP and $531 for a 2 HP.

The work was quality but question the cost of it. The cost of the repair was rather high for the amount of work needed (in my opinion). They were very professional and did a good job but still felt that the cost of it was significantly higher than other options.

he offered to install a new faucet for $400 if I would first buy one at a store. So I bought a new faucet on line and installed it myself.

I called on a Tuesday and set up an appointment for Thursday. The woman I spoke with was very polite and helpful. Greg was the technician who came out Thursday AM for the diagnostic. He quickly figured out the problem and explained what would need to be done. Fortunately he said he could come back out the following Monday, which was ideal for me, and gave me the same appointment window, with an advance call (as I'd gotten for the Thursday diagnostic appointment - advance calls are good). Greg then came out that Monday and did the work. He did a great job and it didn't take very long to fix, which was good - the price was also very reasonable. I'm very happy with the service, and Greg was wonderful, very polite and professional. He also gave me some tips on properly heating and cooling a multi-story home, as I have not lived in that kind of a house before. I will definitely use this company again should I have any future heating/cooling issues.

The leak did get fixed but it took a long time to find. I'd use them again.

He arrived and started the work immediately. He was efficient,professional and answered all my questions.After finishing the job he cleaned up. I am pleased with the work that he did,and would recommend " Jeremy" from Church Services to anyone needing an electrician. Also, I plan to request him should any work be required in the future.

The two men were professional and knowledgeable. I recommend the company.
