 + -1 moreJERRY, THE SERVICE MAN, WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND POLITE. HE ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS AND WAS MORE THAN HAPPY TO EXPLAIN EVERYTHING, UNTIL I FELT COMFORTABLE AND UNDERSTOOD WHAT HE WAS DOING. HE EVEN OFFERED ADDITIONAL, HELPFUL INFORMATION.
Description of Work: THE A/C WENT OUT. A THOROUGH INSPECTION WAS PERFORMED ON THE INSIDE UNIT AND THE OUTSIDE UNIT. LINE VOLTAGE UNIT OUTSIDE WAS BURNED OUT.
