Castilian did a terrible job on my clubs chairs. When they picked them up I furnished 3 pictures and a detailed descriptive list of the changes that I wanted. My fabric was a very expensive Kravet velvet. During the process, I called numerous times to check on my chairs even making an extra trip to check on the progress. All I received was a bunch of complaining and excuses about my fabric. That should have been a big red flag to me. When they finally were delivered they look horrible. I sent them back to Castilian 3 times to get right which they never did. There is no way they really tried and were NEVER sorry for the mess they created for me. I was done with Castilian even though they charged me top dollar for a really bad job. I enlisted another upholsterer who fixed the chairs. He said my fabric was a dream to work with. Now they are beautiful!! If you are upholstering an investment piece or for that matter any piece do not use Castilian.
Description of Work: Reupholstered and changed arms of 2 club chairs. I furnished my own fabric.
