The inspection was thorough, including: exterior, foundation, roof, major mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems. Checked for slope of slab and any previous repairs, moisture in bathroom walls, and condition of the attic space. The inspection report was well written and comprehensive, including pictures. Very professional, punctual and provided value added service, including a TAREI home maintenance guide.
