B-E Water Well Service & Repair

Just paid Zach to come out on a Sunday for an emergency call due to our water not working. Thankfully, him and his tech responded quickly and came to the job. After about 5 minutes the tech knew exactly what the problem was. Dirty Contacts on the Control Box. The only way of doing this by their policy is to replace the entire control box. About 15 minutes later I am hit with a $1,200 bill when charging me $880 for a control box. This is AFTER they completed the work, I was not quoted before they started. (Even though, I found more than 8 different control boxes on google for around 200-300). After texting back and fourth with Zach, its obvious they will continue to overcharge customers and for this reason I am leaving my honest review. Be sure to get multiple quotes on your well issues.

I called and spoke to Joann on Friday at around 6pm.  She told me she can can come and take a look on Saturday morning and will call me back once she on site.  I called numerous times before the appointment time so I can meet her on site.  I continued to contact her only business phone into the Wednesday of the following week before she picked up the phone.  She told me that the problem is at the pump and that the water level has dropped due the the drought.  She suggested that I have this issue looked at and should be done quickly due fact that her truck would have a difficult time getting into the property if the ground is too wet.  If she had came out the property, she would have known that we have a paved driveway from the street to almost where the well is.  I was every happy that I was able to reach the company on my first try late on a Friday but not sure how they operate without communicating to their customer.

The other companies that I had called couldn't fix the water leak problem, but B-E Water Well Service & Repair could fix it. I would use their services in the future too.

My water went out Friday night, a very unnerving proposition. I called B E and they answered the phone (!). They said they could come out first thing Saturday morning, and they did. The testing and replacement went smoothly. I would absolutely call on them again.

B & E Water Service has provided top quality well service to our home for many years. We had them out to change the tanks in our system recently and we were very pleased with the service. They are very competent and prompt when you call them. They keep an eye on things for us and check our water on a regular basis. If there is a problem they are right on top of it and we are always pleased with them as we have always had clean A1 water. I have told my neighbors and family to use this service and many of them have and are very pleased with them as well.
