ARS provided the great service that they promised. They said they would provide same day service and they did. The workers were very professional. They were honest and told me exactly what the problem was if there was a problem. I appreciated that honesty. I trusted them to make sure my home was safe.

The quality of the unit was great and their service was great. The main difficulty I had with these people was financing. The payment plan fell through. I financed it through other means. I was approved, but the paperwork got mixed up somehow. Im really happy with the unit and the service they provide on it. So far it has worked great and the thermostat too.

ARS did come on time. They are very professional and courteous. I paid for the air conditioner and the installation together. They did a really good job and had it hooked up fast. It works really good and I am satisfied.

The plumber was very courteous and the company gave me a nice discount for being a senior citizen. If felt they had great customer service and the job was done very professionally. The plumber that came out was very nice and did a great job. It was a good experience.

ARS did a pretty good job for us. The work was done in a timely manner. Since it was a minor repair, they were able to take care of it pretty quickly. We got exactly what we wanted. The air conditioner has been working just fine since they fixed it. Their pricing was not the cheapest, but for on the spot service, we were very satisfied. We plan to use them in the future. Everyone was nice and the service man was very respectful of our home.

ARS gave me a warranty for their work although I have never had to use it. I feel they do excellent work and are very professional. I have used them for a long time now. The workers are polite, courteous, and on time. They cleaned up the mess from the pipe and didnt leave anything for me to pickup.

He was very polite and we trusted his judgment. The repair didnt take long at all and when he finished, he swept up the mess and got our approval. The outlet works great and the refrigerator runs properly now.

ARS Service Express did a very good job. They were very nice and the price was great. I have not had any problems with it since they fixed it. They came when they said they would. The serviceman was polite and professional.

ARS took our call quickly, followed up by an estimate for installing a new hot water heater. Their prices were a little high, but they were able to explain the warranties and they have good quality products. The installation was scheduled as soon as we agreed on a day, and the technician was right on time. He did a quick, professional job and cleaned up very well.

ARS comes out once a year to fix a bad sink that I have. Their employees are very knowledgeable, professional, always on time, and courteous when I ask for their help. They came right out when I called and got the job done quickly. As long as I keep the sink, I will keep using this company.

ARS Service Express came to unclog a drain, but never completed the job. I had to hire another company to come out to fix it. The new company only had to remove a hair ball from the drain and it was fixed. It bothers me when a company doesn t do what it says its going to do. I wont use them again.

We were given an estimate before they came to do the job. It only took them about 40 minutes to unclog the drain, which was very fast. We were real satisfied with the work and they were very professional.

ARS are always on time. They have a guarantee that if they are not on time you get their service for free. They always explain to me what was wrong and what they fixed. I think that they are very professional and are good to work with.

ARS employees worked quickly and had the job finished in less than an hour. I had them do some plumbing in my house and they did a great job. I have not had any problems with the work that they have done. I have used this company for the last ten years to do other projects around my house. The employees were polite, helpful and they cleaned up after themselves. It was nice to not have to worry about watching over them to get the job done.

ARS did a good job of fixing my backed up toilet. I am real old so I expect things done right so I dont have to worry about it anymore. It has worked just fine ever since they fixed it. The gentleman that came was very polite and professional. I felt that the price was very good, so I dont mind to pay for good work.

The gentleman was very nice and finished the job quickly. The experience was totally good. I thought the price was a little high, but they came right out to fix it and had everything working in no time. I would hire them again as I feel I was treated fairly. They do quality work.

I haven't had any problems with either system since they installed them. They come twice a year to service them unless a problem arises. I would recommend to others. I used them to service my system in my old house, as well. They are reliable.

We had a new air conditioner and furnace system installed in our house. We had a lot of problems with the original company that put it in. We had to call a new company to fix up the mess so we called ARS, and they did a fabulous job. First they cleaned up the mess, they sucked the water out of all the vents, and put in the correct amount of vents. The whole system had to be removed, and put together again as some of it wasn t put together properly. ARS removed the old one from the attic, and put the new one back in. We have had no problems since, and would recommend ARS too other people, we will be calling them for all our servicing, and repair needs.

The gas line that was leaking was behind a wall, so I removed the wall & all they had to do was install a $2 valve, which took 10 minutes, & they charged me $250. I felt that was a total rip-off, so I wont use them again & I sure wont recommend them.

I called American Home Shield (house insurance) & they arranged for ARS to come out. They were prompt; they explained the problem which was a leak in a pipe from the bathtub. They fixed the problem in about 20 minutes. This was covered under the insurance plan; I only had to pay the $45 deductible. I was happy with the overall experience.

They are an excellent company, and have done a variety of services for me. They are an international group.

I am very satisfied. They always call after the work is done to make sure there are no problems with it. They always show up on time, and tell you how much it will cost before they start servicing. They are very professional, polite, and I have never had one problem with any work they have done. I highly recommend this company to others. I use them on a regular basis.

My opinion of them is kind of good & not so good. First of all, they are supposed to be on time & if for some reason they are not on time, they are supposed to deduct $50 from your bill. Well, they were 2 hours late & I have still not received the check from them. Other than that, I think that they did a wonderful job. These guys did some good quality work. I felt that the price was really high, but the work was good so I am not going to complain about the price.

ARS has been my plumbers for a few years now, we replaced a sink and toilet in our bathroom and they did the work. It was great no problems at all. We called them when the tub overflow valve went out and the tub overflowed and ran into the kitchen ceiling. We had an awful mess. ARS came right away and took care of everything. They are very professional and punctual when I call them. Their prices are a little high, but they're good.

ARS is a member of the better business bureau and this is why I called them. ARS did find a problem in the unit and had fixed it for me. The problem was fixed the same day, which was great. The quality of work was fine, with all of this in mind, I can gather that ARS is a professional company and do great work at great prices.
