Description of Work: The technician came out, and was great. However he claimed that he couldn't fix my brand of appliance (Samsung) refrigerator. When I made the appointment, I was asked what brand my appliance was, and I gave the appointment maker the brand. For them to send the tech without notification of what brand I had is truly unprofessional. I will not use them again.

Description of Work: We have been using ARS for years for AC/Heating, appliance/electrical repairs, and plumbing work. Although they appear to be a bit more expensive, we have never had a complaint about the quality of the service ARS has provided. Our opinion is that the assurance of quality is worth the price difference.

Description of Work: The plumbing was stopped up. They did a fine job in fixing it. They cleaned it up well. There were no problems with it and I was happy.

The Plumber determined it was an air conditioning problem and referred us back to our home warranty company. So he didn't actually do the work. He seemed very knowledgable and we would use them again if the need arose.

Description of Work: set up plumbing for drain clean out so they could put in camera and then comes back out tell me that they would have to re-run sewer line at a price of $26,000 dollars on a $40,000 dollar home I contacted a com, for $3,000 I called back to speak with a manager to tell them about the problem and never heard from them I think ARS is the most dispiclible plumbing co. in Houstyon they are just rip off artist

Description of Work: Johnny came out to the house. Nicely dressed. Very knowledgeable about plumbing. His truck was well maintained. He was able to quickly find the problems and make repairs. Highly recommend. The call center kept me up to date about arrival times. Able to pay with credit card.

Description of Work: added fiberglass blown-in insulation 0f approximately 12 inches to existing 4-6" existing cellouse in single story residence and sprayed on radiant barrier; work done professionally, efficiently; crew cleaned up and departed in less than 3.5 hour.
