We called asking for an estimate on some plumbing work. Billy was so nice! After we explained our problem, he actually told us that he thought it was something that we could do ourselves and didn't feel right having us pay him to do it. He then took the time to explain over the phone what to do and even went one step further by emailing a detailed picture. We really appreciated his willingness to help us out without asking for anything in return. We would definitely use Aqueduct in the future and recommend to friends. It's nice to work with a good, honest company.

After getting a couple of est. I chose this man, although within a couple $$ higher, because of his professional telephone manner. They were here on time, showed me the problem and repaired the broken pipe efficiently and cleaned up around the work area outside. On top of that, They found that it wasn't as extensive as first thought, and lowered my bill!! They already had a signed contract and were still honest! Should you expect an after, lower price? No, but this is testament to their honesty and work ethic. When have YOU had someone do work for you meticuiously AND been honest. Call Billy first; you won't need to 'Shop" !
