Great customer service and reasonable price.

Billy came in the first day and after reviewing the work I needed to be done, he provided a quote the next day. I was satisfied with the quote, so we scheduled the work for the day after and his work came in, did all that I needed to be done in an efficient and neat manner. The price quoted was very reasonable. I will definitely use Aqueduct again if the need arises. Very satisfied customer!

I needed a gas leak repaired late in the day and Aqueduct accomplished the job early that evening. Very pleasant people to deal with. Definitely my new plumbing company!

They came more or less when they said they would, AND they came within a day of my first cry for help. They talked to me before they made any changes to the proposed work, as the situation evolved, and the thing they fixed has stayed fixed. This puts them very top one percentile of plumbers I have worked with. And seriously, the repair men were really just good people to have in one's house -- direct, businesslike, appropriate, decent, even kind.

I find this company to be honest and high quality of work. I’ve used them before at two different homes and will continue to use them. Their prices are extremely reasonable but you may have to be a little patient waiting on them to arrive.

Aqueduct did a great job installing a new water heater. The crew arrived early and completed the job in 3 hours and left no mess! Billy was very responsive to my questions which I appreciated. Price was fair and reasonable. I would definitely use them again.

I called this company to repair a water main-to-residential joint. They did that and I ended up deciding to replace the entire residential run from the street to the house. They did a good clean job trenching the new line, installation, and covering up the trench and cleanup. Their pricing seemed very fair to me. I encountered language barriers with some of the trenching crew, but I consider that equally my fault. Only real reason for four stars is that I had to call to confirm appointments etc. However, when I did call I was treated very well and had my questions addressed. Overall excellent job.

I would like others to know how these guys damaged my ceiling by breaking a pipe in the attic and leaving water heater leaning to one side.

The plumber was knowledgeable and took his time to make sure everything was done correctly. The water heater was bigger (shorter and wider) than our old one so had to squeeze it into the space allocated for the water heater.

The customer service was great and the plumbers were knowledgeable. They took the time to make sure everything was done correctly, and came back to fix some gas piping that was done incorrectly (my fault, not theirs) free of charge. The prices quoted were the average price for the services. I would recommend and hire them again.

They really went above and beyond what they needed to do and I appreciate that so much! They had my home completely re-piped within one week and everything was put back together nicely. #1 in my book!

Very nice and professional

I used them before and they did a great job. I decided to use them again and they didn't show for the scheduled appointment. I emailed them and they said they would be back the next day. They didn't show again, so we called them this time and they said they didn't know who we were and didn't have us scheduled even though I showed them the email chain that I had been talking with them.

Professional, prompt, courteous, dependable service. We experienced a leaky pipe causing the ceiling to collapse. The response was immediate. Repiping was accomplished in a timely manner. Billy and Henry are very knowledgeable. The work crew was courteous, worked hard, and cleaned up each day.
