Service provider called and came the next day. My double oven wasn't' working so when the technician arrived to check it out, told me control boards needed to be replaced and it could take a couple of days or a couple of weeks. After a week I tried contacting the service provider but couldn't speak to an actual person, so left messages and emailed. No response. Then my dishwasher stopped working and my insurance company assigned me to them. After 5 days of calling and leaving messages I complained to my insurance company that no one was responding. Insurance managed to track them down. They came the next day and again told me they couldn't get the parts for the oven.. would take more time. Dishwasher also conveniently needed new parts, which should only take 2 days to get. After another week of no news, I again contacted insurance company. They managed to speak to the service provider on a number I don't have access to, and have told me they don't have the 'manpower' to fix the control board on the oven, after 3 weeks of waiting. Still waiting on part for dishwasher..
