Allan Montes is one of the most caring and kind people that I have met that do contractor roofing business. I highly recommend him because he listens and responds to customers needs. As well, he always keeps a lookout on things that need to be taken care of whether or not he can do them with his contractor service or not. Thatâ s the kind of service that we need when we are elderly and canâ t handle DYII.

The owner personally evaluated my roof and showed me pictures. Very detailed. I was surprised at the amount of things that needed fixing. I got an estimate from another company recommended by Angi who said only a few shingles were raised. Not the case. From the initial inspection through the completion of the project was about 24 hours. I highly recommend AM Roofing.

We had a lot of areas that needed attention on our roof following a series of strong storms that came through our area. Care was taken in each case to ensure each area was addressed completely. Jesus worked the whole day he was deliberate and methodical just like it was his own roof and worked hard to ensure the job was done to the highest standards. The job included replacing some decking that had been damaged and they did a great job. Pricing was fair and they showed integrity throughout including a 2year guarantee on the work performed. He honored the quote even though the job ended up taking longer than expected. I highly recommend Allan and his crew.

Allan were great. They fixed the roof very quickly and at a great price. The estimate was thorough and with pictures. They replaced all the flashing, rusty parts, general maintenance requirements and rotted wood in the roof. So far very pleased with the work.

Sent request at 10 pm and they were here the next morning. They were more expensive than I originally had planned, but were very honest and kept to original price when scope grew, since thatâ s what it meant to do a good job. Repaired roof and gutters to ensure another 10 years of life, no attempt to make upsell on full roof replacement when it wasnâ t needed. Strongly recommend!

Allan and his team were very informative and punctual. He was able to fit me in on short notice and has better than fair pricing.

Our home has a very high, very steep slope and we were unable to see a hole that developed along the ridge vent. AM was able to dispatch Jesus on the same day and offered a repair along with a general maintenance of our roof to re-caulk vents and secure loose shingles and nails. Jesus did a great jobâ ¦obvious the guy is a pro. I also appreciated that AM did not try to upsell us with an unnecessary full roof replacement.

The work was not completed thoroughly as they stated in the invoice. Very poor customer service. He was rude over the phone.

Allan Montes was first class/professional and very forthright about the work that needed to be performed. He sent Jesus the next day and he did a good job, cleaned up the project properly.

I had a hole in my roof and didnâ t even know itâ ¦ but Allan did. We discussed cost of project and he quoted repair cost relatively comfortable with each other. His response from day 1 is top notch. Give him a chance to quote you an estimation for your roof needs. Saved the best for last. We saved a few more bucks because the repairs are done and done the same day of our meeting. Lucky me. My hole in the roof is a hole no more. True.

Over priced, exceedingly poor quality he lied to me. It is rare that I give a bad review but in this case it is necessary. I have disputed the entire credit card charge citing numerous problems including detailed text conversations and photos of the project. Additionally my roof looks like a patchwork quilt. Given the dispute and animosity I doubt seriously he will honor his 2 year warranty and I donâ t dare tell him the roof look so awful.
