Allan came right away to address the issues we were aware of, as well as some we weren't. He's very personable and knowledgeable. His guy came same day and was up there for about an hour. I'm confident that the job(s) were done, and well, and am glad to have hired him/them.

I had a small job that should have been $200 but I was advised to expand the work. The cost was 7 times higher than my target but the owner was reasonable so I went with it. I cannot assess quality since I am a roofer and I do not like being put on the spot to pay $1000+ more than expected. That said, he was polite, seemed reasonable and negotiated a little, so overall I am satisfied with the work. TBH he probably did save me money in the long run but all service providers quotes are hard to assess and they are in the selling business.

He will make sure if any problems he runs into he fix them..

I had 3 people come by my house to fix a hallway roof leak. Each one tried to upsell me to replace the roof. None of them addressed the leak issue! From the beginning, Allan was very honest and knowledgeable! Before coming to my house he said it may be more beneficial to just fix the leaks until the shingle price comes down since it has oil products. He came on time and text his ETA when he was close. Alan inspected the 20+ year roof and instead of trying to gouge me, he recommend maintenance repairs which should give me 5 more roof life years. I climbed up on the roof with him and he showed me the poor job the previous well-known contractor did. His price was reasonable and he completed the same day of inspection. He also gave 2 yr warranty. Don't waste your time with other roofers, Allan will do an honest job and do it right! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AM ROOFING!! :)
