Answered the phone right away and scheduled an the appointment. On time.
Very knowledgeable. Unfortunately our oven is so old that replacement parts are hard to find. Gave good advice about our options.

Refrigerator was not cooling. He determined that the problem was the defroster and replaced it the next day. He also replaced the ice maker and water pump. When there was a water leak, he returned at 6:30 in the evening to correct it. Kenny is knowledgeable and professional.
