Description of Work: Over-all the service was good, however the total bill after everything was completed was totally ridiculous!!! I'll never use ABACUS again and I plan on telling all my friends about the over price amount I was charged!! I was charged over $500 to run a thermostat wire from the attic to the thermostat on the wall. The total distance was no more than 5 ft???? Shame on Abacus!!!!

Description of Work: Annual AC check. Had another company do a follow up which included a more thorough check. Just seem overpriced in my opinion. And then you can pay a yearly fee for faster service, just doesn't sound like they have the customer in mind as much as their bottom line.

Description of Work: Abacus replaced a toilet due to a leaking drum. My only concern was that it was a somewhat small space and there were quite a few markings/ discoloration to the paint on the wall. They cleaned the area and toilet before use. Overall, a great experience. We joined the "Club" and plan to use Abacus for all of our plumbing needs.

Description of Work: The provider was in the middle of scheduling my call for service. She mentioned that the first day they could come out would be Monday to check out the problem. She said it would be an all day two man job. The call was disconnected it appeared that they were having phone problems. I decided to call someone else who was able to come out the same day and replace the water heater for a very reasonable price.
