faucet repair- kitchen
Description of Work: Not well. Although Abacus installed the faucet 11 months ago, their plumber arrived without the needed parts. Left to get a new cartridge, and returned to advise that parts arrive in 3 days. He reassembled the faucet. The next day the hot water began leaking in a steady stream from the reassembled faucet covering the kitchen in hot water. We are now waiting on a cleanup crew to assess the damages to the walls and baseboards of the kitchen’s island. Currently I’ve requested a new faucet be installed, as the repair parts are not yet in town.
