Charles was the head plumber. He was very polite. All together there were two of them. When they came into the house they put on disposal slippers, so not to track dirt into the house (nice approach). Although polite, I found that the service call of $39.95 was steep. It was not deducted when you used their services, plus I thought just to clean a drain the price was very steep. Their overall time at the house was 30 minutes (if that). I will now buy a snake at the hardware store and fix the next clogged sink myself. I was also suprised that they had a price chart. So anyone with a clogged kitchen drain would pay the same price (regardless of what the trouble was or how much time they spent at your house fixing the problem). So I felt I paid way too much for the little work they did. In plus, he said I needed a new garbage disposal, which he would have charged me over $500. When they left, I tried my disposal and it worked fine. There were no leaks. Inflated, I think so.

Abacus Plumbing Company did a good job. They showed up quickly after I called them. After the work was done, they cleaned up well after themselves. The let the water run for a couple of minutes to ensure that the drain was clear. The workers arrived in a company truck with all the necessary tools for the job.

Abacus Plumbing Company really impressed me with their service performance. I had called them initially for a second opinion. The servicemen diagnosed the problem and eventually took care of it with a simple coat hanger. So what I was told would cost upwards of over six hundred dollars ended up being taken care of in a couple minutes with no new parts. I appreciated the honesty and craftsmanship I got with their serviceman. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

The upstairs of our house recently had a major water line break. It was really bad as it was raining upstairs. We called Abacus and they were right out to help. I was very impressed with their quickness in getting here and getting the problem under control very efficiently. The line had broken. Abacus replaced the line in a very timely manner and we were pleased as the price was reasonable.

Abacus Plumbing Company took my call quickly & stopped by to give an estimate. Their prices were very high, but they told us they could fix all the plumbing problems. The plumbing job was scheduled, but the plumber was not on time. One of the toilets that they installed is wobbly & still leaks. I called & they said it wasn't their fault even though they gave me a 30-day guarantee. In the end, they finally fixed it, but I would never use them again.

TECHNICIANS WERE VERY POLITE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT PLUMBING REPAIRS. THEY HAD NICE, CLEAN UNIFORMS, AND CLEANED UP THE AREA AFTER THE REPAIRS WERE DONE. THEY WERE ON TIME ONCE, OUT OF TWO VISITS. THEIR PRICES ARE A LITTLE STEEP, BUT THEY DO GOOD WORK. THE COMPANY OFFERS A SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH REDUCED PRICES.
