It went great. Christopher came within the time window provided. He loaded the paper that I had in boxes into the bin needed for the shredding operation. He removed plastics and other items which were not able to be shredded and explained why (all the shredding they have is recycled and some items like plastic and metal discs cannot be added). And he explained the process to me. I was able to see the shredding operation from the video display on the truck. All in all, about 20-30 minutes time for the whole job. Christopher was professional and helpful. Would definitely recommend them.

Excellent experience! Vendor was on time, professional, explained everything to me and then went straight to work. At $75 for 400lbs, the "deal" price was fantastic. Additional shredding was also extremely reasonable (approx. $8 a box), so I took advantage of that as well. (I had a LOT of shredding that needed to be done!)

Within a day after my purchase I was contacted by A-1 to set up an appointment. They were extremely accommodating as well as friendly and professional. They arrived about 15 minutes early, weighed my papers (maximum of 400 lbs- I had about half that amount), explained the process to me and completed the job promptly. They even offered to wait around for a bit to let me follow up with neighbors who might want to participate since my portion was under 400 lbs.

Mr. Passmore was prompt and courteous. He provided a level of service often forgotten by today's companies. I highly recommend this company for folks needing their documents securely disposed of.

Although other reviewers opted to have A1 Shredding come to them, we opted to go to their location. We set an appointment time over the phone and my husband was met by Chris later the same day as scheduled. Service was prompt and efficient. We would definitely utilize this service again & wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.

It went very well. They did a good job. The reason I said no on using them again is that we won't be in the Houston area as this was a shred prior to cleaning out a house before selling. I would, however, recommend them to anyone in Houston who needs their services.

Chris, was right on time, he called about 1 hour before arrival. I didn't have to do anything. He had a large can on wheels rolled up to the box's loaded the stuff in and rolled to truck. I was curious how it worked he even spend a few minutes and showed me the camera and how the system worked.

They arrived ahead of schedule (10 mins) and had to wait on me. I had 8 boxes of old receipts and papers. I didn't want to have to shred it myself or carry it somewhere else. They were quick and professional. I would hire them again.

They arrived a bit ahead of time. Person moved the boxes to the truck. Contents were sorted while he fed the shredder, plastic was removed. Storage boxes were not shredded.

Chris was great. He was on time and works very quickly. He is very pleasant and helpful. He provides a certificate of destruction. He will definitely be my shredder from now on. I recommend him without reservation.
