Description of Work: Showed up on time. Detailed the whole process before starting. Completed in less that half an hour.

Description of Work: This is a great company with very professional service. It was easy to schedule the day for the service and the serviceman was prompt and very efficient. I had a few questions about the procedure before the appointment and they were answered very quickly by the office staff. We were able to watch as our private documents were shredded on site. It was an excellent experience and very reasonably priced. We will use A1 again and will happily recommend them to our friends.

Description of Work: They shredded about 12 boxes of paper. Over all the service was very good. The only minor issue was we didn't get an immediate (within 24 hrs) response. This, I believe, was due to our scheduling over the New Years holiday. Thus, it should have been expected. I would definitely re use them.

Description of Work: They were suppose to come 11-10-14 in the morning. I took off work. Waited and waited. Called them and they had a problem. I understand this happens, however, just call! I sat here 4 hours. We rescheduled for the following week.

Due to a prior appointment having more materials than stated, I ended up rescheduling, and was offered a courtesy discount for the inconvenience. I appreciated that, and was very pleased with the service. I would use A-1 again, and highly recommend them.
