They came out and because my upper broiler wouldn't work, they put in a whole new printed circuit board. It was $400. It was done, they got the broiler to work and they were gone. Then, we had this home inspection come and I get a report from them about things that needed to be fixed and they say, "Oh fix that center burner on your stove," and I said, "There is nothing wrong with that. Just turn on and it will work." I went home and they were right, it was broken. My wife believes that they did this somehow. Now, they had to come back, to fix that. Then, they come and the guy says, "Oh you know that's not our fault. We have to order the part. That will be another $200," but then he says, "Oh, I can't fix it. I can't seem to get the screws off. We'll have to come back again, order the part and we'll come back again and we will have to take your stove into the shop. So you would be without a stove." They came on Tuesday and they took it back and then they call to say, "Okay, we have it here. Thursday, we'll be there between 8:00 and 9:00." So then I asked my wife, "Okay, you're going to go into work late or am I going to go into work late?" She said, "I'll go into work late. I'll stick here and wait for them 8:00 to 9:00." They showed up at 10:30 and she was livid.
