Outstanding work. Arrived on time, determined the problem, had the part needed for repair on his truck, & completed repair in an hour. Courteous, professional, & cleaned up everything at end.

Owner confirmed date/time, Tech put his own time. Shows up tells me it’s a heating element and needed to be replaced. Gave me a price with or without warranty. Apparently fixed it. Notice it was heating too much. Error code shows up after he leaves ; two days later my dryer is out again. Owner justifies the techs service and says I will need to pay again to get it checked out. Very unprofessional and will never use them again. Not recommended!

Two people showed up. They started the dishwasher and looked underneath the appliance and saw the water leaking. Without removing the dishwasher and taking a further look, they determined that it needed a new pump and motor assembly. He made a call to someone and determined that the part was on back order. I asked how long it would take to get the part. He responded that he could not order the part and that we could wait months and then be told the part was not being made any longer. He then said that there was nothing more he could do and that I owed him $50. I asked again about what I needed to do and he said I needed to look for a new dishwasher. Either he was lying to me about the part, or did not want to be bothered fixing the dishwasher. it appears to me that he makes his living collecting $50 for showing up. Not believing what he told me, I went online after he left and found the part, in stock and it is on the way to my house. I will now have to find a real appliance repair service to install the part. I am still not sure that the appliance could not have been fixed with a new casket, or seal, or washer. What do I know, I am just the idiot who wrote this jerk a check for showing up to do nothing.

Our washing machine had an error code, so we asked A&A appliances to come out and fix it (they had done previous work on our oven). They replaced the part and left. The next day or two (our next use of the machine), we received a different error code (but similar symptoms in the machine). We called A&A appliance back with the new code, offering the opinion that the two must be related since the symptoms were so similar and that the problem appeared on the next use of the washing machine. Aaron disagreed and said he would charge full price to fix a “different issue.” I told him that the issues seemed to be related and he said, “Since you don’t know anything about appliances, I understand why you might think that.” That extremely patronizing remark did not sit well with me an after our conversation wrapped up I quickly took my “not knowing anything about appliances” lady brain to the internet and started researching the issue myself. After a quick internet search, I discovered that indeed, the issues were related and someone who “knows things about appliances” would have diagnosed the issue correctly from the start. I have linked the forum discussion citing the issue. From the website: “The F11 code is from a communication break in the serial link from the CCU (Central Control Unit) to the MCU (Motor Control Unit)(from the brains to the washer motor controller). Stay with me here! There are three blue wires that go to the MCU from the CCU. Most of the problems probably occur during the final spin when the machine spins fastest and longest to extract all of the water. Hence, the most vibrations cause the connectors to shake until there is a break in communication! …[Here he describes how to fix the problem if you are interested, check out the link]… You really don't want to replace these parts because the MCU is $230 and the CCU is $175 -- a lot to pay for some loose wires. If you must buy parts, here they are” Link: [*** Link removed ***] The error code always happened during the spin cycle, so this was obviously the issue. If Aron truly knows a lot about appliances and had spent any time at all diagnosing the issue, he would have known that and fixed the problem right the first time, NOT charge us $300 to fix it and then say it would cost $500 more to fix the “unrelated issue” Not only did Aaron not fix the issue we were having with our washing machine but when I followed up with him, he was disrespectful and patronizing. Aaron and his company took advantage of us any chance they got. We asked them to switch the locations of our washer and dryer, which took them 10-15 minutes to complete and they charged us an additional $80 for the service. They did a good job fixing our oven the first time we used them, but were clearly unwilling to stand by their work with our washing machine and just wanted a quick buck out of us to come back and check it out. This is poor customer service and just plain bad business. For all the reasons lined out above, we will not be hiring A&A Appliances ever again.

Awesome! service was fast and respectful. I felt that their suggestions were honest, &logical. in no way did I feel pressured into a repair cost. The options were simply communicated to me, and I was able to make the best decision that fit my finances.

We hired them to fix our dryer which was saying error codes. They replaced boards to the tune of almost $500 even though it still wouldn't work. Then my maid discovered the issue. It was only a stuck button and now it works. They gave me some **** and dance about the board being burned out even yhouyi never saw it and refused to give me even half back which I thought was extremely fair. Beware

A & A was a pleasure to work with. They promptly returned my call, arrived at the promised time and were skilled at diagnosing and repairing the washer. The repair was delayed because a part needed to be ordered. They gave an accurate estimate of the delivery of the part and came back as soon as they had part.

I called them and the man came out and told me that heater for the freezer had burnt out. The ice maker had also burnt out. The cost included parts, labor, and he also save me some money with a $30 dollars off the total bill. They called yesterday morning. Came out on a Sunday and did not charge any overtime or weekend hours. They had the part with them, so I did not have to throw out any food. He is coming back today to fix the ice maker motor. I also get a one-year warranty on parts and labor. It is well worth the cost, rather than to replace it.
