A & A Appliance Repair

Came the same day i called him. Before he fixed our dryer, which wasn't heating up, he would let us know what he would be doing and what he charges. Aaron completed the work within an hour. i would recommend A&A to my friends.

They were prompt and polite-got the job done with nothing to compare the work too I gave them a good rating but watching the work be done wondered about their knowledge

I am a very unhappy senior citizen living on a fixed income. I chose this particular service because of HomeAdvisor. While the owner/technician was very friendly and personable, he failed to fix my LG refrigerator and charged me $866. He came out three different days and charged me for three parts that he said were defective. .The refrigerator still did not cool properly. The refrigerator side registers 65 degrees and the freezer is at 30. This is not acceptable. Aaron finally said he did not know what was wrong with it, that he thought it must be possessed! He may have thought that was a funny remark, but I was not laughing. I said if he could not fix it, could I have a partial refund on my money. He said the three parts he replaced were guaranteed for one year. I pointed out what good was that if the appliance still didn't run. He refused any adjustment on the fee.. So now I am out $866 and need to buy a new refrigerator. I still think Aaron is a nice man, I am just disappointed that he would not refund some of my money so I could apply it toward a new refrigerator. I feel that would only be the fair thing to do. I do not expect a full refund, I just don't think he should make a profit from his inability to fix my appliance. I lost all my food on both sides plus five bottles of insulin. Naturally I am very unhappy..
