To my surprise, the A & A ca;;ed me within 101 minutes after I put in my requests and informed me that they could come out the next day, before one o'clock . The Technician arrived as promised and was able to fix my problem within 30 minutes. He was very polite and professional and the fee was very reasonable. Less than I thought I might have to pay.

The repair cost was a little expensive to compare with the appliance value.

I was able to get on the schedule within a day of the request. The technician was able to diagnose the issue over the phone and immediately provide a quote for the official diagnosis in person as well as the cost for performing the service. After the service was performed, the technician had me verify that the issue had been resolved. He noted there would be a little time before everything was back to normal. My expectations were met in that the service was timely and the issue was resolved. I hope to not have any more issues with appliances, but if I do, I will know who to contact.

he called asking whether i could move up my appointment which i did. he quickly found out what was wrong with my dryer and repaired it in a jiff. he was quick and efficient. my only downside was he was a little pricey but overall pleased with his work and professionalism.

Aaron work ethic is impeccable. He called immediately upon receiving notice that I needed a repairman, he called within 15 minutes of arrival the next day, he had his tools at the ready, was knowledgeable,courteous, completed the repair in record time.

They take pride in their work product and deliverables; lint in the drum was removed but the vent cleaning needed to be handled by someone else.
